Julie was born and raised in Ohio and graduated from Ohio State University. She spent 20+ years in advertising and marketing with large companies like DDB Needham Chicago and Motorola. She started her own consulting business in 2000 and developed marketing, communications and training programs for customers including Mercedes-Benz, ADT Automotive, Indian Motorcycles and others. Most recently, she led a large product training team for BMW, North America covering the entire U.S.
As a licensed real estate broker, Julie manages all aspects of the property transactions for CapGain. This includes sourcing properties through relationships with other brokers, wholesalers and MLS data mining as well as managing all the buy- and sell-side processes. Here vast experience in the luxury automotive market and that clientele mindset and buying behaviors lends itself seamlessly to the luxury home market.
